Mike Lowry is a local photographer with a primary focus on real estate photography, while also bringing experience across a wide range of photographic disciplines.

After high school, he joined the United States Navy and served for 27 years as an engine mechanic, helicopter aircrewman, and later a Naval Flight Officer, earning his Wings of Gold in 1992. He spent the remainder of his military career in the F-14 Tomcat community, serving his country both ashore and at sea.

Following his Navy career, Mike worked as a defense contractor, real estate agent, and photographer, combining technical expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail in each field.

He is a proud member of the Professional Photographers of America, the National Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Hampton Roads Association of Realtors. He is also an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot for Unmanned Aerial Systems.
